Zumba-Gruppe ESV Lok Adorf
Die Zumba-Gruppe besteht hauptsächlich aus Frauen im Alter von 8 Monaten bis zu etwa 90 Jahren. Getanzt wird zu lateinamerikanischen Rhythmen und internationaler Musik, unterstützt durch Trainingsgeräte wie Hanteln und Hula-Hoop. Die Gruppe nimmt an lokalen Festen teil und veranstaltet offene Zumba-Masterclasses.

Die Gruppe startete am 13. Januar 2023 mit dem ersten Training. Seitdem nimmt sie regelmäßig an Festen wie dem Familienfest und dem Adorfer Stadtfest teil.
