Der Förderverein „Wunderblut“-Kirche St. Nikolai Bad Wilsnack e.V. unterstützt die Stadtpfarrkirche St. Nikolai, einen bedeutendsten Heilig-Blut-Wallfahrtsort des Mittelalters in Nordeuropa. Die gotische Hallenkirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert beherbergt wertvolle mittelalterliche Glasmalereien im Chor, gotische Plastiken sowie den berühmten Wunderblutschrein.
