Aktiv im Alter im Mehrgenerationenhaus Mütterzentrum Beckum e.V.
Ein Bewegungsangebot für Seniorinnen und Senioren 80+ unter Leitung von Gerlinde Schillak. Die Gruppe trifft sich jeden Montag von 14:00 bis 15:00 Uhr zu Musik- und Bewegungsübungen, mit anschließendem Kaffeetrinken. Kosten: 2 Euro pro Treffen.
