Die römisch-katholische Pfarrgemeinde von Bonndorf im Schwarzwald gehört zur Seelsorgeeinheit Bonndorf-Wutach im Dekanat Waldshut und umfasst auch die Filialen Ebnet, Wellendingen und Wittlekofen. Die Gemeinde feiert ihre Gottesdienste in der 1850 erbauten Kirche St. Peter und Paul.

Die Pfarrei wurde erstmals 1223 erwähnt. Im 15. Jahrhundert wurde sie von einem Paulinerkloster geprägt, das bis zur Säkularisation 1806 bestand. Die heutige Kirche wurde nach dem Brand von 1842 durch Josef Berckmüller erbaut und 1850 fertiggestellt.
