Der Chor wurde 2014 von Friedel Koppelmann mit Unterstützung des Akkordeonspielers Ewald Wichmann gegründet. Sein Motto lautet: 'Singen macht Freude, Singen macht Mut – GEMEINSAM – ZUSAMMEN – TOGETHER'.
