wellcome bietet praktische Hilfe nach der Geburt: Ehrenamtliche unterstützen Familien im ersten Lebensjahr des Babys für etwa drei Monate an ein bis zwei Tagen pro Woche zu Hause. Die Freiwilligen werden von einer Teamkoordinatorin fachlich begleitet.
