Founded in 2012 by Shou Yanyan, the Chenzhou Suxian District Volunteer Federation evolved from the Suxian District Volunteer Association. It has grown into a recognized provincial-level disability assistance volunteer service base, conducting over 3,200 volunteer services and fostering a community spirit of dedication and mutual assistance through diverse public welfare activities.
