Signature Speed is a running group located in Lincoln Park, Chicago, at 2148 N Halsted St. Since 2009, the group's mission has remained consistent: to make runners faster while ensuring the experience remains fun for all fitness levels and experience backgrounds. The group offers several weekly sessions, including Heartbreaker Practice on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM CT and Signature Speed on Thursdays at 6:30 PM CT. Both sessions are coach-led and include warm-ups, active stretches, drills, and cooldowns, with distances ranging from 3 to 9 miles depending on the workout and participant fitness. Additionally, the group hosts The Long Run on Saturdays from 7:00 AM CT through October, where pace groups are formed upon arrival and a water stop is provided. All runs begin and end at the group's store in Lincoln Park, which also provides bins for gear storage.
