Indian Women in Dubai

Indian Women in Dubai (IWD) is Dubai’s largest community dedicated to empowering Indian expat women to connect, thrive, and lead. Founded by Reema Mahajan Gupta, an IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore alumna with a background in global consulting, IWD provides a safe and supportive space where women come together to share experiences, build meaningful networks, and celebrate each other’s successes. The community fosters mentorship through workshops, masterclasses, and candid conversations, while also spotlighting women entrepreneurs and professionals. Through skill-building sessions, networking events, and cultural celebrations, IWD blends Indian heritage with Dubai’s dynamic energy, creating a movement where every woman finds her voice and every voice finds its power. Whether new to the city or a long-time resident, members gain access to friendship, professional growth, and opportunities to collaborate with international brands.
