Indian Women in Dubai (IWD) is a community empowering Indian women in the UAE through networking, mentorship, skill-building workshops, and cultural events. It provides a safe space for women to connect, collaborate, and grow both personally and professionally.
The community
History
Founded by Reema Mahajan Gupta, an IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore alumna, who left her corporate career to build a community for Indian women in Dubai. The community has grown to over 150,000 members and focuses on women supporting women.
