Edinburgh Crafts Meetup Group: A friendly, inclusive Saturday gathering for crafters in Edinburgh.

The Edinburgh Crafts Meetup Group hosts a regular Saturday gathering in Edinburgh, offering a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive environment for crafters of all levels. Whether you are knitting, crocheting, note-booking, drawing, or working on unusual projects, the group is happy to welcome almost any craft. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, with no pressure to attend every week; members are encouraged to come as often as they like, from once a year to every Saturday, or simply to chat with fellow crafty people. New faces are especially welcomed, and the organizers are happy to chat in advance to answer questions and ensure everyone feels comfortable on their own terms. Voluntary contributions of five or ten pounds are requested twice a year from those who can afford it and come with any frequency, though this is strictly optional. The group meets at Levels, near the check-out counter by the large roof-windows on a long line of tables. The venue is wheelchair accessible and dog-friendly, though only one dog is allowed per group, so advance notice must be given if bringing a pet. For any special needs or general questions, members are encouraged to contact the organizer directly.
