greenway maintenance

Groups adopt a section of trail for ongoing maintenance and cleanup. The program has been hosted by Fort Wayne Trails, Inc. since Spring 2024.

Volunteers patrol designated trail sections weekly from April through October, reporting issues, picking up litter, and performing small maintenance tasks. Open to individuals 18 and older; families with younger participants can contact the program manager.
