Gongqingcheng City Qingcheng Volunteer Service

Gongqingcheng City Qingcheng Volunteer Service, established in 2025, promotes organized youth volunteering in Fangchenggang.

Gongqingcheng City Qingcheng Volunteer Service is a volunteer service brand established in 2025 in Fangchenggang City, Jiangxi Province. It was created to address issues such as the mismatch between volunteers and tasks, short-term projects, and weakened incentives. Leveraging the city's concentration of universities and young people, the brand aims to transform volunteer services from sporadic activities into normalized, project-based operations. The organization builds a closed loop of demand research, platform matching, and university-community pairing to precisely match supply and demand. It implements an open bidding and command mechanism and establishes a service points bank to optimize operations and provide incentives. The group actively embeds volunteer services into major city events, such as the Gongqingcheng City Marathon in November 2025, where volunteers provided professional on-site services. The brand focuses on creating a virtuous cycle of dedication, accumulation, and growth, encouraging specialized student organizations to take on projects and exchange points for benefits related to employment, entrepreneurship, and consumption. Through these innovative models, the service enhances the city's vitality and image, making young volunteers an indispensable force in serving urban development and improving governance effectiveness.
