Die Bürgerhilfe Florstadt ist eine ehrenamtliche Gruppe, die Unterstützung für ältere, kranke oder behinderte Bürger anbietet, z.B. Einkaufshilfe, Begleitung bei Arztbesuchen, Seniorenbetreuung und Beratung. Sie verleiht auch AED-Geräte und arbeitet mit anderen Organisationen im sozialen Bereich zusammen.
