Die Jugendgarde ist eine Tanzgruppe für Mädchen im Alter von 6 bis 13 Jahren in Friedrichsthal. Sie tanzt Schautänze, aktuell zu Jazz, Blues und Rhythm and Blues, und trainiert montags in der Turnhalle der Montessori-Schule. Die Gruppe legt Wert auf Gemeinschaft und Gruppenzusammenhalt.
