Der ambulante Hospizdienst begleitet schwerkranke und sterbende Menschen zu Hause, im Krankenhaus oder im Pflegeheim. Die ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter werden in einer kostenfreien Qualifizierungsreihe ausgebildet und erhalten regelmäßige Supervision und Fortbildung.
