IMPACT GYM FIT & FIGHT CLUB is a boxing and fitness facility located on the third floor above Trends on Lakshmipuram Main Road, opposite NTR Stadium in Chandramouli Nagar, Guntur. The club provides five training tracks under one roof: a signature boxing program emphasizing technique, footwork, and ring discipline for all levels; a full free-weight zone with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls for strength work; functional workouts and high-intensity circuits; energetic aerobics and cardio sessions for fat loss and endurance; and personalized one-on-one coaching for fight preparation, weight loss, muscle gain, or mobility.
