Hanoi Pet Adoption rescues and rehomes lost and stray animals in Hanoi.

Established in 2015, Hanoi Pet Adoption is a volunteer-run group dedicated to providing a no-kill shelter with adequate care and treatment for lost, stray, and abandoned animals. The group works to increase adoption opportunities and find permanent, loving homes for rescued dogs and cats. Alongside rescue and rehoming efforts, the organization promotes responsible pet ownership through education, community outreach, and collaboration while maintaining respect and compassion for animals. Driven by a dedicated team of Vietnamese and international volunteers, the community has rescued over 4,000 cases and successfully re-homed hundreds of dogs and cats over the years. Volunteers are involved in various activities including animal rescue, foster and adoption screening, translation work, organizing fundraising fairs, and coordinating community events for pet lovers in Hanoi such as Barkfest, Running Paws, Hachiko Festival, and garage sales.
