Deepstambh Foundation in Jalgaon volunteers to educate marginalized students and build independent lives.

Deepstambh Foundation, based in Jalgaon, is dedicated to expanding access to education and opportunity for students from marginalized communities, including persons with disabilities, orphaned youth, transgender individuals, and those from lower income groups. The organization creates a supportive and inclusive environment where students can learn, grow, and build independent lives, aiming to transform lives through education and empowerment. Deepstambh collaborates with professionals from various fields to strengthen its work, offering volunteering opportunities both on-campus in Jalgaon and Pune, and remotely. Volunteers with functional expertise, such as corporate professionals, academic researchers, technical specialists, and administrative experts, can contribute through roles like academic coaching, event execution, administrative auditing, curriculum development, capital campaign support, and digital career strategy. The foundation ensures professional operations by providing secure accommodation and standardized meals for on-campus volunteers, along with clear project scopes and institutional data for all contributors. By joining Deepstambh, individuals become part of a passionate community driving social equity, with the potential to directly increase students' employment metrics and break barriers to self-reliance. Interested volunteers are encouraged to submit a functional application detailing their credentials and availability, followed by an operational orientation before beginning their assigned deliverables.
