Founded in 2014 by Dr. Chike Okogwu, a spinal cord injury survivor, CARE focuses on rehabilitation, advocacy, and empowerment for persons with disabilities in Nigeria. The organization promotes values of Courage, Opportunities, Responsibilities, and Empowerment to build a barrier-free and inclusive society.
