History
Charisma School of Dance was founded in 1998 in Lakewood, WA by Erin Fay, who began her dance studies at age eight and became a teacher at Suburban Dance Studio in Puyallup. She studied at Tacoma City Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and other prestigious institutions before opening her own school to welcome dancers of every age, body style, and ability. The studio supports diversity and inclusion, offering classes for all styles and levels.
