Polynesian/Hula Dance Group in Lu'an, welcoming all to share health and Aloha Spirit.

The Polynesian/Hula Dance Group in Lu'an shares health, friendship, and the Aloha Spirit through dance. Established in January 2025 under instructor Laura DeGuire, the group currently consists of about 30 members who gather twice a week at Clubhouse 5 Fitness Room. Meetings are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Hula is more than just dance; its graceful movements and beautiful music serve as an enjoyable way to stay active, connect with others, and share the warm and welcoming Aloha Spirit. Laura encourages everyone to dance at a level that is comfortable for them, and members with different physical abilities are welcome. No dance experience is necessary to join. The group recently celebrated a fun 'Christmas in July' event on July 22. Come enjoy the music, gentle movement, friendship, and the wonderful Aloha Spirit!
