Shatashatam is a community volunteering initiative based in Mahabubnagar, designed to guide students and shape their futures through dedicated support from teachers, parents, public representatives, and officials. The program, launched with funding from MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy, aims to provide comprehensive assistance beyond academic tutoring, including monitoring attendance, homework, behavior, study interests, and student difficulties. Volunteers share these observations with teachers to ensure holistic development. The initiative has successfully integrated modern learning methods such as 3D animations, digital learning tools, animated books, and digital boards to enhance conceptual understanding and student engagement. Initially implemented with 35 volunteers, the program has expanded to 100 participants following encouraging results. District Collector Khushbu Gupta has praised the effort, noting that sustained work will bring meaningful changes to the education system, and expressed confidence that appointing women as volunteers will further strengthen the system and create a safer environment for students.
