The elders choir group at Little Flower Church in Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

The Elders Choir at Little Flower Church in Nerul is one of three dedicated choir groups at the parish, which also includes youth and school children sections. Operating within the church community in Navi Mumbai, the groups practice alternatively every Sunday and hold special practices leading up to the Christmas season. During Christmas, the elders, youth, and children combine to form a unified group consisting of 30 members. Led by TS John and assisted by Assistant Choir Master Bea Thomas, the choir prepares a diverse musical program for the parish. Their performances include starting this year's carols with an old Malayalam devotional song sung by Yesudas alongside a special communion song. Additionally, they perform popular English carols such as Silent Night, Mary's boy child, and Jingle Bells starting half an hour before the mass. The church's broader musical ministry also involves numerous choir groups performing night carols at parishioners' homes across the respective units in Nerul and Sanpada prior to Christmas.
