History
Founded in 1978 by Christel Johannsen, this mixed choir evolved from a 1969 women's singing circle of the local DRK. Christel Johannsen led the choir for 36 years before passing the baton to Birgit Deussing in 2015. The choir is known for its inclusive approach, welcoming members with disabilities and diverse skill levels to participate in regular rehearsals and concerts.
