Baby & Me Groups

Baby & Me groups are drop-in sessions for parents/caregivers and their non-walking infants, offering a chance to connect with other families, learn about parenting, and observe babies at different ages and stages. Facilitated by qualified Family Resource Workers at the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre and Carp Memorial Hall, the groups provide a sanitized, child‑friendly environment with toys, songs, and informal discussion. Participation is free and no registration is required.
