History
Cantus Rheinfelden, formerly Projektchor Rheinfelden, was founded in 1996 and consists of approximately 70 singers from Rheinfelden and the surrounding area. The choir practices a project-based model that grants members significant decision-making freedom while maintaining musical continuity through long-term participation. They perform works from various historical periods, often collaborating with other ensembles such as the Orchester Camerata Basel and the Barockorchester Capriccio in locations including the Stadtkirche Rheinfelden, Klosterkirche Olsberg, and the Catholic Church in Laufenburg.
