Fondata nel 2001, è stata la prima scuola yoga in Italia specializzata in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Dal 2002 è sede europea per la formazione True Power Yoga di Mark Blanchard. Nel 2008 ha introdotto lo yoga nelle fiere del fitness europee.
