Saturday Film Club

Saturday Film Club is a cinema group based at the Sydney Opera House in Sydney.

Saturday Film Club transforms Saturday mornings into a celebration of cinema at the Sydney Opera House. Curated and hosted by comedian and podcaster Alexei Toliopoulos, the club offers film lovers a curated selection of screenings ranging from cult classics to hidden gems. Each event is designed for those with a shared love for cinema, regardless of whether they have a film degree. The experience goes beyond the movie itself, featuring an introduction and lively post-screening conversations, often including a deep dive with a special guest. These gatherings provide a space for bold films and big chats in an iconic setting, allowing attendees to explore the art of storytelling and engage in meaningful discussions about the films presented.
