Trivia at The Newtown Hotel in Sydney's Inner West, hosted by Quiz Meisters.

Trivia at The Newtown Hotel is one of the finest trivia nights in Sydney's Inner West, hosted by the dedicated team behind Quiz Meisters, Australia's largest dedicated trivia company. Taking place every Monday at 7:30 pm at 174 King St, Newtown, the event blends traditional quiz rounds with interactive games, cheeky video clips, and clever twists designed to keep the entire pub buzzing. While the main prize pool includes a $100 bar tab, $75, and $50 for the top three teams, the real excitement often lies in the bonus rounds where participants can win jugs of beer. The atmosphere is electric, with tables filling up quickly even on a Monday evening, so attendees are advised to arrive before registration begins at 7 pm to secure a spot. Whether you possess freakishly accurate knowledge of pop culture or are simply up for a night of competition and camaraderie, this venue offers a lively environment where knowledge truly is power, all set within the iconic lime-green walls of the historic Newtown Hotel.
