Fundada em 2004 por aposentados que desejavam uma entidade para zelar pelo bem-estar de idosos, deficientes e pessoas carentes na região do extremo sul da Bahia. A associação atua como instituição sem fins lucrativos, oferecendo benefícios como convênios médicos, descontos em farmácias e hospitais, e ajuda em funerais. Atualmente busca construir um Centro Regional de Convivência do Idoso em Teixeira de Freitas.
