History
Originally known as the Network Building Project (NBP), funded by the City of Vancouver and Vancouver Coastal Health, the group was co-led by the Disability Foundation and Disability Alliance BC. In 2023, it officially changed its name to the Vancouver Disability Solutions Network (VDSN) to better reflect its role as a network of organizations committed to finding solutions for the disability community.
