History
Founded in the early 1920s by carpenter Karl Meister and other citizens in Vilshofen, the choir was suspended for 10 years during the Nazi era and WWII, then restarted in 1949 under the leadership of Karl Meister and Max Schönhofer. It has a 100-year history and is known for enriching social life in Vilshofen with performances in hospitals, social institutions, and church events.
