History
Founded in 1962 by Jürgen Labenski at the Leibnizschule, this is one of Germany's oldest youth film clubs. It originally operated in a converted bicycle cellar and focused on educational films about National Socialism and post-war Germany. After facing difficulties in the 1990s, it was revitalized in 2000 by a team of teachers from the Leibnizschule and continues to show films monthly for schoolchildren.
