The Zagreb Cinema Club (Kinoklub Zagreb), founded in 1928, is the oldest amateur film club in southeastern Europe. It organizes workshops, produces independent short and feature films, and participates in the One Take Film Festival. The club has a rich history of experimental and avant-garde filmmaking.

Zagreb Cinema Club (Kinoklub Zagreb) was founded in 1928, making it the oldest amateur club in south-eastern Europe. After World War II, it joined Foto Savez Hrvatske and later Narodna Tehnika. In the 1950s, it gathered young people who initiated an active period of film production. In the 1960s, discussions on antifilm led to the founding of the GEFF festival. The club later served as a springboard for many film professionals in Croatia.
