Baby Playgroups - Supporting SeedLings is a weekly playgroup at Year One Wellness in Austin for babies from birth to sitting. The group meets Tuesdays at 9:30am in the clinic's open gym play area, designed as a safe, supportive space for families. Led by staff, the playgroup encourages tummy time, movement, and play through activities that engage all the senses. Parents can try developmental toys, bond with their babies, and ask questions in a conversational setting. The space features thick play mats and floor chairs for comfort, and two adults may accompany each baby. Pre-crawling babies are welcome. Groups run in six-week series, with a drop-in option available for individual classes. A six-week series costs $96, while drop-in sessions are $20 each. Cancellation requires 48-hour notice for a refund, and series refunds are not available after the first class. Parking is available on the north side of the building with a stroller ramp.
