The League's Wellness Center serves as a multifaceted exercise and rehabilitation facility for individuals of all ages and abilities in the Baltimore community. Located within The League, it provides access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment, dedicated personal trainers, and the Malcolm Hecht Therapeutic Pool, which offers a warm-water environment for exercise and rehabilitation. Rehabilitative services are provided in partnership with MedStar Health's Good Samaritan Hospital Rehabilitation Services. The center offers a variety of memberships including options for paid-in-full six or twelve-month plans, with an initiation fee of $10 for new members. Membership grants open access to fitness classes, equipment, the therapeutic pool, and a hot tub during normal operating hours, though classes incur an additional fee. A wide range of specialized classes is available, including Aqua Shock, Aqua Zumba, Donnacize Aerobics, Pilates, and Line Dancing, with specific schedules and instructors listed. Aquatic therapy classes run in eight-week sessions and are designed to assist individuals with disabilities in rehabilitation and recovery. Electronic funds transfer is available for recurring payments, while cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted for one-time transactions.
