Baltimore Choral Arts is a community choir based in Baltimore that welcomes singers to join its 2026-27 concert season. Auditions for soprano I, tenor, and bass parts are held by appointment only at Grace United Methodist Church on August 30th and 31st. During the audition process, candidates will be asked to sing America, vocal exercises, and sight-read music. The organization plans a diverse season of performances including American Belonging at the Kraushaar Auditorium, Christmas with Choral Arts at the Baltimore Basilica, and a Holiday Spectacular featuring the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Other highlights include Handel's Messiah with the National Philharmonic, The Planets and Beethoven 9 with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Verdi Requiem with the United States Naval Academy, and Baltimore's Big Sing with Charm City Sings. The season also features Handel in Italy at the Baltimore Basilica and a Verdi Requiem Workshop with the Peabody Graduate Conducting Studio led by Marin Alsop.
