Tech Leadership Meetup

The Tech Leadership Meetup is a community open to longtime, new, and aspiring technology leaders in Cape Town. Its purpose is to foster learning through conversation and the sharing of ideas, creating a space where leadership skills can be developed beyond technical expertise. The group recognizes that leadership in technology is often learned by chance, leading to challenges when the best or most senior technologists suddenly find themselves managing teams, making strategic decisions, or navigating complex organizational topics.
