Tech Leadership Meetup in Cape Town for current and aspiring tech leaders.

The Tech Leadership Meetup is a community open to longtime, new, and aspiring technology leaders in Cape Town. Its purpose is to foster learning through conversation and the sharing of ideas, creating a space where leadership skills can be developed beyond technical expertise. The group recognizes that leadership in technology is often learned by chance, leading to challenges when the best or most senior technologists suddenly find themselves managing teams, making strategic decisions, or navigating complex organizational topics. By bringing together leaders from diverse companies, the meetup provides an opportunity to exchange experiences about managing teams, solving difficult organizational challenges, and discovering new ways of working with people. The community operates on the belief that sharing experiences helps everyone grow into better leaders, ultimately contributing to a stronger technology industry. Meetings take place monthly in person, offering a platform for continuous learning and professional development.
