Volunteer group helping homebound elderly in Chandler and Gilbert

About Care was founded in 2006 and works to empower independent living for the homebound elderly and disabled residents of Chandler and Gilbert. By recruiting and training volunteers, the organization provides a range of essential services that help neighbors meet their basic needs while preserving self‑respect and dignity. Volunteers assist with transportation to appointments, case‑management coordination, respite care for family caregivers, friendly visits, minor home repairs, shopping and errands, and reassurance phone calls.
