Clean and Green is a Chicago volunteering group connecting residents to city programs.

Clean and Green is a community organization based in Chicago dedicated to fostering volunteer engagement across the city. The group serves as a resource for residents seeking to contribute their time to various initiatives within the City of Chicago. Through connections with the Mayor's Volunteer Network, Clean and Green facilitates access to a wide array of programs, including Rebuilding Together, Chicago Conservation Corps, AccessChicago, Animal Foster Care, Emergency Support, and the Chicago Greeter program. By acting as a central hub for these opportunities, the group aims to empower individuals to participate in meaningful civic service projects that benefit the community. Clean and Green does not manage specific schedules, charge fees for participation, or maintain a fixed roster of members; instead, it functions as an informational gateway linking volunteers to the diverse network of city government and non-profit organizations that offer these service roles. The organization's primary focus remains on directing individuals toward existing volunteer platforms where they can find suitable projects aligned with their interests and availability.
