Dammer Lemminge
Lauftreff in Damme für Laufanfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Gemeinsames Laufen von etwa einer Stunde, wobei der Langsamste das Tempo vorgibt. In den Sommermonaten wird in zwei bis drei Leistungsgruppen gelaufen, und die Läufer nehmen an lokalen Wettkämpfen teil.
