Family of Disabled (FOD) supports disabled individuals in Delhi with livelihood and education.

Established in 1992 by Dr. Rajinder Johar, Family of Disabled (FOD) is an organisation based around Delhi NCR dedicated to providing opportunities, platforms, and means to children and adults with disabilities so they can continue their education and earn a livelihood with dignity. Operating through five key pillars of intervention, FOD focuses on socio-economic rehabilitation for illiterate, unskilled, and poor persons with disabilities, financial assistance for disabled students with a special emphasis on girl children, and an annual art exhibition at Arpana Art Gallery in New Delhi to showcase artists with disabilities and provide financial support and recognition. Additionally, the organisation distributes mobility aids such as tricycles, wheelchairs, hearing aids, smartphones, walking sticks, and crutches to enable comfortable daily life. Its multi-purpose rehab centre in Najafgarh offers vocational training in computer skills, tailoring, bakery, and upcycled product making within an inclusive setup. Through these comprehensive programmes, FOD has supported over fifty thousand individuals pan India, helping them improve their quality of life and achieve self-reliance.
