Seniorengymnastik des DRK Ortsvereins Dillingen/Saar, die einmal pro Woche im SeniorenTreff im Dillinger Rathaus stattfindet. Unter der Leitung von Petra Knaubert bleiben Senioren spielerisch fit – mit Übungen im Stehen, Sitzen oder mit Hilfsmitteln. Jeder kann so viel mitmachen, wie er möchte, egal ob mobil oder etwas eingeschränkt.
