Women On Top (WoT) is a Greek non-profit organization dedicated to the economic development and professional empowerment of women and gender equality. It offers mentoring, training, and community hubs to support women in their professional lives.

We promote diversity and support the integration of migrant women into Estonian society through events and initiatives that build bridges of communication and celebrate differences.
