Make-A-Wish Nevada is a community of volunteers in Las Vegas dedicated to transforming lives by making wishes come true for children with critical illnesses. Your unique talents and time are critical to bringing strength and hope to wish families when they need it most, as volunteers are at the heart of every wish experience. Whether you prefer meeting families at the airport, representing the organization at community events, or serving as a liaison for celebrity meet-and-greets, there is a role that fits your skills. Junior volunteers under 13 must be accompanied by a parent. To join, complete the online application, attend a regularly scheduled orientation (virtual or in-person), and pass a criminal background check, the cost of which is roughly $30 and covered by the applicant. Once approved, you can sign up for opportunities via CERVIS. We have a high need for Spanish-speaking translators and welcome volunteers with professional skills to fulfill special requests.
