The ONEgeneration Senior Enrichment Center (OSEC) in Los Angeles is dedicated to empowering mature adults with a youthful enthusiasm for living, sharing, and experiencing new rewards daily. We provide a wide array of programs specifically designed to enrich seniors' lives, including exercise classes such as body conditioning, chair exercise, yoga, arthritis/balance training, table tennis, and dance options like tap, jazz, Zumba, country line, and folk dancing. Additional offerings include Spanish classes for beginners, nutrition education, art classes, discussion and support groups, bingo, and board games featuring chess and Mahjong. The center also provides essential services including daily free weekday lunches (with a suggested $3.00 contribution), free legal assistance, advocacy support, income tax services, and transportation assistance. Operating from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, OSEC is partially funded by the City of Los Angeles Department of Aging. A suggested annual contribution of $15.00 supports operations, though services remain available regardless of contribution.
