True Naked Yoga is an online body-positive yoga platform based in Los Angeles.

True Naked Yoga is an online yoga platform based in Los Angeles that offers a body-positive, cinematic experience from the comfort of your home. Co-founded by filmmaker and yoga enthusiast Gabriel Bienczycki, who is based in Los Angeles, this service brings the ancient, spiritual roots of naked yoga into the modern world through beautifully shot classes. These classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where there is no pressure to wear clothes, only presence. The platform aims to provide a freeing way to show up exactly as you are. While the source text mentions National Nude Day as a potential time to try the service, it does not provide specific class schedules, pricing, or contact information, so these details are omitted. The description focuses strictly on the nature of the service, its location context, and its philosophy as presented in the provided text.
