North Shore Dance Studio in Milwaukee offers family-friendly dance classes and performance opportunities.

Founded in 1986 and led by Owner/Artistic Director Katie Holtzen since 2006, North Shore Dance Studio serves the greater Milwaukee and North Shore communities with a welcoming, family-like environment. The studio provides a wide range of recreational dance classes including Tap, Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop, alongside The Company for more serious dancers. Students have numerous performance opportunities throughout the year, including the annual holiday production of The Nutcracker in November or December, which features over 200 dancers and is open to all students aged 2½ and up. Additionally, NSDS hosts a Benefit Concert every March and an annual Recital where students showcase their work in full costume. The studio operates on a school schedule from September through June, though classes are open for registration at any time, and a summer session is also available. For registration, class placement assistance, or further information, interested parties are encouraged to contact the studio directly.
