Over the last 15 years, Naseer has coached more than 5000 students, including Bollywood celebrities, Indian Navy personnel, and Russian officers. The facility offers a wide range of popular classes including MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, Grappling (BJJ & Wrestling), Flexibility & Mobility, Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Taekwondo. In addition to weekly group classes, the center provides personal training options. Each class focuses on different martial arts styles to help participants get fit while learning and having fun.
