Community Greening is a gardening and horticulture organization in New York City.

Community Greening is a dedicated horticulture organization based in New York City, specifically serving Brooklyn. The group operates through the Brooklyn Botanic Garden to facilitate various educational programs and community activities focused on gardening and environmental stewardship. For adults, the organization offers continuing education classes covering diverse topics such as roof gardening, flower arranging, perfume making, and watercolor painting. They also provide a specialized Certificate in Horticulture designed for highly motivated home gardeners and individuals interested in pursuing a career in the field. A core mission of the group is to help make Brooklyn a greener place through its community horticulture programs. For families and children, Community Greening organizes drop-in and registered family activities, as well as children's garden classes where budding gardeners can plant, craft, and explore under staff guidance. Additionally, a free Discovery Garden allows kids of all ages to explore habitats, uncover plant mysteries, and learn about garden wildlife. The group also supports teachers and schools by offering free self-guided visits for preregistered groups and guided hands-on workshops for students in pre-K through 8th grade. They specifically run Project Green Reach, an outreach program serving K–8 teachers and their classes at Brooklyn's Title I schools.
